This Summer, the truly brilliant ChoirJam headed to Nottingham for an amazing weekend of music, sightseeing and so much fun!

ChoirJam, led by the fabulous Emma Hutchinson, are a feel-good pop choir from Somerset. They kicked off their trip with a joyous concert in West Bridgeford, alongside the local Liberty Choirs, followed by a well deserved evening party. They brought energy, beautiful music and of course plenty of fun!

The Saturday was a full day of song, starting with the most magical performance in the Long Gallery at Nottingham Castle. The combination of the history, the acoustics and the wonderful voices made it such an incredible and memorable moment.

Then it was time to head to another seriously special location, The Major Oak in the heart of Sherwood Forest. Here, ChoirJam were joined by none other than Robin Hood himself, for another unforgettable performance in the shadow of the Major Oak tree.

After a day of beautiful performances at such iconic Nottinghamshire spots, there was no better way to round it off than with a disco on the Nottingham Princess River boat, cruising down the River Trent just in time for sunset.

All too soon it was time for ChoirJam to head home, but they still made the most of the journey back with a stop in Stradford-upon-Avon for a relaxing day of exploring Shakespeare’s hometown in the sunshine.

Great to work with such a friendly, professional team with a can-do attitude, for whom nothing is too much trouble. I really look forward to working with you again on our next tour! Emma Hutchinson, ChoirJam
